Facebook Connect help

Hello ... I hope this is the right place for this topic, but I am having a Facebook Connect problem on a Wordpress build for a Nashville nonprofit.

First of all, I installed Facebook Connect without a problem, and a small box appears on my site. That much was easy. But the program is making me create a new fan page for the group, when all I want to do is connect my site to the group's existing fan page.

Seems like it should be a simple fix, but I am admittedly new at this and I don't know how to make this connection.

Can anyone help?
