Mike Arnold is the creator/editor of the music talk format podcast/blog/website Concert Blast based in Nashville, TN. Mike created the podcast in May of 2005 along with co-hosts Brian Hasbrook and Tom Thompson. Concert Blast have produced more than 160 podcasts and numerous blogs. In 2009 our long time concert friend, James Downing, became one of our concert review Bloggers. Concert Blast has been invited to cover many concerts and music festivals such as the Bonnaroo Music Festival (2006 - 2009), Memphis in May Beale Street Music Festival (2006 - 2009), CMA Music Festival (2007 - 2009) as well as many of the top Music Concerts (Paul McCartney, Aerosmith, Ringo Starr, Bob Seger, Billy Joel, Sheryl Crow, Journey, REO Speedwagon, Styx, Joan Jett, Night Ranger, and many more). Concert Blast usually feature Classic Rock acts, but we do not limit ourselves to it. Concert Blast were featured guest on the morning syndicated talk show - The Rick and Bubba Show. Concert Blast were featured as one of the Top 5 Classic Rock podcasts from Classic Rock About.com. http://classicrock.about.com/od/2005/tp/rock_myths.htm In 2008 Concert Blast was nominated as one of the People's Choice Podcast Awards.
