Bio:
Kevin Thompson is an attorney, entrepreneur, and agent of change. He’s the founder of The Law Office of Kevin Thompson that specializes in providing legal services for start-up network marketing companies. He also does transactional work including incorporation, stock options, seed & venture financings, and exit transactions. Kevin was recently plaintiffs counsel in a class action lawsuit against one of the largest pyramid schemes in North America.
Kevin is also a leader in the legal community. His ideas about the changing legal landscape were featured on the notorious blog, Buzzmachine. He was recently featured in an international magazine titled “New Marketing” where he wrote an article on practical uses of outsourcing.
