PodCamp is organized each year by a diverse team of talented and dedicated volunteers, who unite to plan the event months in advance to ensure the best “unconference” possible. Whether you’re interested in the pre-event planning or day-of-event assistance, we’ve got a spot for anyone who wants to lend a hand, while making great new connections.

Consider this your formal invitation to come join us! Whether you’re interested in marketing, design, promotions, securing sponsorships, event planning, or if you just want to come the day of the event and be put to work, there’s a spot on the PCN14 team for you! We’re a fun but hardworking group from diverse backgrounds, and hail from all over the greater Nashville area. Months in advance, our motley crew assembles to undertake the planning and organization required to ensure PodCamp Nashville’s continued success.
Come be a part of the PCN14 family and use the opportunity to connect with the community, learn new skills or hone current ones.
The PodCamp Nashville 2014 crew meets at 6 p.m. Tuesdays at the Centresource Lab (Missioner Building), 1312 5th Ave N. Contact our communications coordinator, Keith Cawley, for more information about the meeting schedule and/or directions to the venue.
Help at the Event
On the day of the event, we’ll need a large number of volunteers to help with roles both big and small. Pro tip: Sign up early and you’ll have a better shot of getting your first choice of duties!
We will need people to help with:
- Handing out swag bags and t-shirts
- Handing out lanyards
- On-site registration
- Directing people to the different rooms
